Terms and Conditions Publibranco - Merchandising Production

The use of our website implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Budget/Order Request

By making a budget or order request through our site, the user accepts the terms and conditions of publibranco.pt. For the preparation of these requests, it is necessary to provide information such as name, email address, phone number, and VAT number (optional). This information is essential to establish commercial relationships and will not be disclosed to third parties.

2. How to Budget

Browse our Online Catalogue and add the desired products to the List for Budgeting. It is not necessary to be a registered user to request budgets. After completion, the budget is sent to one of our sales representatives, who will follow up on it. Throughout the navigation, add products to the List for Budgeting and adjust the desired quantity. The customer will receive a confirmation of the request by email.

3. Means to Make a Budget

We offer three ways to request a quote: via the internet, through our website at publibranco.pt; via phone, through the number +351 21 492 85 35; and via email, through [email protected]

4. Information about the Products

The product photographs are not binding and do not constitute any commitment on the part of PubliBranco. PubliBranco is not responsible for the validity of the content of the technical sheets and descriptions of the products from our partners or suppliers.

5. Prices

Prices do not include transportation. For purchases over €300.00, shipping costs will be covered by PB for mainland Portugal, otherwise, this cost will be added to the customer. These shipping costs will be subject to consultation. In the Lisbon area and surroundings, we have our own courier service that will make the deliveries. For other areas, we will send the order via a contracted carrier with whom we usually work, or the customer can arrange the collection themselves. You can also pick up the order at our facilities on a date to be arranged. We warn that PB is not responsible for any delays that may occur in the delivery of materials by the contracted carrier.
