Reflective cap (Production)

A custom reflective winter hat with logo, made with reflective yarn and with optional reflective label or patch. This custom reflective hat combines safety, functionality, and advertising. The reflective elements increase safety in the dark.

How does a reflective winter hat work?

Depending on your idea, a custom reflective hat can be made from reflective yarn, which will be a discreet part of a complex multicoloured design, or it can be the basic material for the entire hat.

- Reflective yarn – interwoven into the material, it subtly shines in the light and reflects headlights.

The reflective cap can be customised with a reflective label and sticker.

- Reflective label and logo on patch – a minimalist detail that immediately catches the eye.

In both cases, the effect is the same: greater visibility and safety for the user – whether a field worker or a customer who received the cap as a promotional gift or bought it in your store.

Step 1: Choose the hat style (see models in the image gallery)
Step 2: Determine the number of colours.
Step 3: Complete the hat design with embellishments and functional accessories:
