  • HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC ARTICLE ON THE SITE?

    In the top right corner, you can search for the article in question in the search field by entering a name or just a few letters that make up that name with a minimum of 3 letters. You can also do this in each of the main categories on the homepage by clicking twice on the name of that category, which will automatically open all the articles it contains. However, on the left side, you can view the subcategories that complete it. If you do not find the article you want, please contact us at the email address [email protected], providing all the product specifications, quantities, and desired engravings. A sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

  • HOW CAN I REQUEST A QUOTE?

    You can view some of the items we sell through the website and place the same order online by clicking the 'Request Quote' button. All items will go to the 'Quotes' tab, add the quantity in question and the type of engraving. Don't forget to follow all the requested steps so that it is successfully completed. Registration is not mandatory but through it you will have the possibility to save several quotes and be able to consult them later. PB always advises making this registration. Upon completing the quote, a copy of your order with all the information will be sent to your email. Alternatively, if you do not find the item you want, contact us at the email [email protected] indicating all the product specifications, quantities, and desired engravings.

  • WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF REGISTERING ON YOUR SITE?

    By registering on our website, the customer has full access to some features that will not be possible if they are not registered. Registration will give you access to your account where you can access and change your personal information, place orders and view the history of quotes, create a list of favourite items, download your data or even delete them.

  • DO THE PRICES INCLUDE ENGRAVING?

    The prices shown on the site are merely indicative, do not include any type of engraving, VAT and do not constitute a contractual proposal. To obtain a quote with engraving included, you will need to request the respective quote. PB reserves the right to modify without any prior notice, information on prices, products, promotions or other conditions that are necessary on the site.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?

    As a rule, responses to quote requests may take between 24 to 48 hours, always depending on the item in question and the current workload.

  • HOW CAN I BUY YOUR ITEMS?

    Simply place the online budget request for the desired item. Always indicate the quantity in question as well as the number of colours you want for the engraving. You can choose to send us your request to the email [email protected] indicating all product specifications, quantities and desired engravings.

  • WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

    Each product requires a mandatory minimum quantity, which may vary from item to item. You should always consult us by email or by budget request.

    Even so, we inform you that there is also a minimum order value without VAT and without transport, this value being €250.00.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

    Yes. The minimum order value without VAT and without transport is €250.00.

  • DO YOU HAVE ALL PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

    All products presented on the site, except for the production articles tab, are products with limited stock availability, always subject to sale and may become unavailable without prior notice. However, there may be discontinued products that will no longer be manufactured or produced, and in these cases or also in case of unavailability, we suggest other alternatives.

  • HOW CAN I VIEW A MOCK-UP OF THE ITEM I CHOOSE WITH OUR LOGO?

    Only after order confirmation, we will always send a virtual mock-up for customer confirmation. Only after approval of this mock-up will we proceed with production.

  • WHAT TYPE OF FILE OR IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I SEND THE LOGO?

    The logo should be in curves or vector and can be in a format ending in EPS, AI, CDR, and PDF.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS?

    Delivery times may vary between 1 to 2 weeks, including engraving. However, we may shorten this period depending on your urgency. If the quantity is very high or if they are products produced or imported directly from the East, the deadline may be extended.

  • DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TRANSPORT?

    Prices do not include transport. For purchases over €300.00, shipping costs will be covered by PB for mainland Portugal, otherwise, this cost will be added for the customer. These shipping costs will be subject to consultation. In the Lisbon area and surroundings, we have our own courier service that will make the deliveries. For other areas, we will send the order via a contracted carrier with whom we usually work, or the customer can arrange the collection themselves. You can also collect from our premises on a date to be arranged. We warn that PB is not responsible for delays that may occur in the delivery of materials by the contracted carrier.

  • HOW TO KNOW THE FINAL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

    With the submission of the Budget, you can calculate the total value of the selected products. Always remember that they do not include VAT. With the order, you should send us the necessary data for opening a customer and billing record, namely name, address, and taxpayer. In this way, PB will send you a proforma invoice for your validation and to expedite the payment process as previously agreed in the proposal. The invoice will be sent by CTT after the delivery of the order, along with the order, or you can choose to receive it only via email.

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

    We offer various payment methods for your convenience. Upon receipt of the invoice, you can make the payment by bank transfer, cheque, cash, or multibanco when collecting the order.

  • I CAN'T FIND THE ITEM I WANT ON THE SITE, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

    If you cannot find the article you want, please contact us at the email [email protected] indicating all product specifications, quantities, and desired engravings. A sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

  • THE ARTICLE DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER I PLACED, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

    The customer has the right to complain if the product does not match the final mock-up sent or if the article is not as per the specifications indicated in the budget. You will have 8 days to submit the respective complaint to the email [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue and present solutions. You should send as much information as possible and include photographs if possible.

  • ARE THE DETAILS I PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ONLY FOR PUBLIBRANCO?

    All users who register on our site are covered by the data protection policy, and the data is solely and exclusively for the use of Publibranco, for sending newsletters or promoting offers if they occur. At any time, the customer has complete freedom to delete their data in their customer area.
